This is my process for animating

I start off with making an animatic.

I then do the line work animation, occasionally coloring in items that will more often be tweened then Frame by framed.

I then and colors and backgrounds at the same period of time.

Once the coloring is done and the backgrounds are in, I add any last minute details, clean up, and effects
